So proud of our Livingston 5th graders! 💙 This morning, our students partnered with Cody Regional Health to learn CPR—an important, real-world skill that empowers them to help others in an emergency. Hands-on learning like this builds confidence, responsibility, and leadership, and we’re grateful to Cody Regional Health for investing their time and expertise in our kids. Livy held its first ever Battlebot Championship tournament. Ty blasted through his competition, and even flipped an opponent over! Congratulations to Ty!!

🏅 4th Grade Science Goes Olympic! 🏅
Today our 4th graders turned into scientists and athletes as we explored force and motion—Olympic style! 🇺🇸❄️

Using hand-crafted foil skiers and popsicle-stick skis, students tested pushes, pulls, speed, and friction to see what made their skiers glide farther and faster. Every race was an experiment, and every experiment brought new discoveries!

From designing their skiers to cheering on their teammates, learning was hands-on, creative, and full of excitement. 🧪🎿

There’s a campsite bandit on the loose! The last two weeks, 2nd graders became campsite bandits who have been stealing marshmallows — they created narrative stories about their experiences at the campgrounds and what they did with the marshmallows! To end our unit, we shared stories and enjoyed s’more’s! 🏕️

It was a “face-off” in STREAM this week! Players from the Yellowstone Quake came in to teach 2nd graders the rules of the game and of course, sportsmanship. The students played hockey with Ozobots. 🏀 Student Voice in Action at Livingston! 🏀 Our Student Council recently conducted a student poll and then presented a thoughtful proposal for new basketball goals on the south playground. Student Council President Olivia Hardwood did a fantastic job presenting the idea and representing the voices of her peers. We are so proud of our Student Council for thinking about all students and advocating for their needs and wants. A huge thank you to PTK for listening, supporting our students, and approving the purchase! What an exciting time to be a Livy student! 💙🎉 #LivyROCKS #WeArePark6
