This month, we celebrated FRIENDSHIP—and these students were recognized for being great friends, showing kindness, caring for others, and setting a positive example for those around them. 💙💛
Our September Character Trait Winners will celebrate their accomplishment with ice cream at lunch tomorrow! 🍦🎉
Each winner also went home with a certificate recognizing their achievement and, new this year, a special Bronc Trophy! 🏆🐴

Our kindergarteners got to practice their climbing skills on the rock wall! They worked on balance, coordination, strength, and perseverance while cheering each other on. We love watching our littlest Broncs and Fillies take on new challenges and discover what they can do! ❤️💙

In STREAM, our 4th graders used Tinkercad to design their own personalized name tags! Students practiced using precise measurements and dimensions to create designs that were accurate, functional, and ready for 3D printing.
Along the way, they put their problem-solving, creativity, and engineering skills to work as they designed, tested, and refined their creations.

Our 5th graders became engineers as they designed, built, tested, and improved wildlife overpasses! Their challenge was to get wildlife safely across while keeping traffic moving underneath. 🚗
Along the way, they put our Wyoming Engineering Design Standards into action—using test results as evidence to make their designs even better!
A little LEGO, straw, and popsicle magic + a real Wyoming problem = some pretty awesome engineering! 🧠

🎶 4th and 5th grade students have learned a Ghanaian rock passing song called "Obwisana". This game is fun to play and reinforces a complex and rotating steady beat pattern and the concept of good sportsmanship.

While practicing our Veterans Day songs, our second graders got a little surprise when it was time for a movement activity! The kiddos suggested a conga line, and the fun took off from there! 🎉

Learning Beyond the Classroom!
Our 5th graders had an amazing visit to Y-TEX today! Students got an inside look at the world of manufacturing and engineering while learning about a variety of engineering careers, artificial intelligence, and how the tags are designed and manufactured.
They also got to see some amazing machines, technology, and robots in action!
We love giving our students opportunities to connect what they’re learning in the classroom to real-world careers and experiences. A huge thank you to Y-TEX for welcoming our students and helping them see what’s possible! 💙💛
